FAQ

Q: Do you make your own items?

A: Yes, all recipes are 100% from scratch.


Q: Where do I find pricing for custom orders? 

A: Starting prices are listed under each item. Every order is different and additional charges may apply for edible images, printed images, toppers, fillings, etc. For the most accurate price please fill out an order request form or message us on Facebook/Instagram. 

 

Q: When do I have to pay? 

A:  All orders require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure the date.  An order will not be booked until the deposit has been received.  The remaining half of the payment is due 7 days prior to scheduled pick.  The balance can be paid sooner if you would like.  You will get a receipt via email for any payments made on your order.  You will receive a reminder 7 days prior to pick up if your order still has a balance.  Failure to pay the remaining balance 7 days prior will result in an order cancellation.

 

Q: How are you able to accept payment?

A:  I am able to accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or cash (to be dropped off).  

 

Q: What if I need to cancel?

If an order is cancelled, the nonrefundable deposit will not be returned, however, any additional payments that were made on the order will be refunded.  If we cancel the order, you will be get 100% refund.

 

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Delivery is only offered for orders above $300.  Delivery Fee starts at $25 for up to 20 miles and increased based on mileage.  


Q: Where are you located? 

A: We are home bakery business located in Kimball, MI. The exact address will be given when an order has been placed and paid. 

 

Q: Do you do gluten or vegan items? 

A: Each order is baked and decorated in a home kitchen that processes foods with eggs, nuts, dairy, and wheat products. We are not able to offer gluten free, kosher, or vegan items at this time. 

 

Q: How early should I order? 

A: Depending on the time of year, dates can book up quickly.  It is best to place your orders as soon as you have a date in mind.  While I am sometimes able to accommodate last-minute orders.  I highly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance or sooner, if possible.  When it comes to holiday orders those dates book at a much higher rate so you will want to plan your holiday orders as soon as possible.

A: Due to Michigan cottage food laws, we are not permitted to ship. We apologize for any inconvenience.
